ONLINE Writing The Seasons
Tuesdays10am-12pm June 8, 2021 (4 weeks)
Our life patterns journey around in cycles and spirals. The season’s rhythms summer, fall, winter, and spring provide inspiration for self-reflection, to celebrate personal insights, enhance our creativity, claim our unique wisdom and unlock our muse. This will enrich our lives, nourish and develop our courage as writers.

Family antics

The wanderer returns from his little 8 week walk across Ellesmere Island
He and John Dunn covered about 750km on often unexplored territory.
Amazing.
Summer hail on our balcony - Don't think the plants liked it too much
but then it is the mountains and it has been a wet summer.
We are a mountain family. Awesome day
Me trying to keep up! I sure worked up a sweat!

Why do mountain sheep like to hang out on the edge
of a precipice - there wasn't even anything there to eat.
Shona displays her athletic skills.
Below are the three loons we spotted on laryx lake. The fourth circled

Wenkchmena - Obabin Pass

What a spectacular morning - a day to live for that's for sure.
<><><><>
Proud aggressive Mama of 5 chicks.
Believe it or not these are Sandhill Cranes - we heard them then saw
these magnifcent birds with 104cm wing span.
And guess what they mate for life.

Well it kind of speaks for itself.

View of Goodsirs from Wenkchemna Pass
Fortress left from the old hostilties between the British Columbians
The Albertans - except I have spent too much time hiking in the
European Alps and have good imagination.

Buffy Sainte- Marie was sure worth waiting out the rain and cold.
At 68 she wooed us with Universal Soldier and her other great songs.
Reminded us that in North America there are 5 high end institutions
where we can go and learn about war
and not a single one dedicated to Alternative Dispute Resolution.
She is my kind of gal.
