This will enrich our lives, nourish and develop our courage as writers.

Learn to recognize conflict patterns and what triggers and escalates conflict in others, master strategies that reduce conflict escalation, assert yourself confidently and give constructive feedback. Screw Up

All I can say is that Blogs still are a challenge particularly at 11 pm after a day hiking at Highwood Pass. I have to say that for a few moments as the rain poured down I thought I was back in Scotland. Then it cleared, fresh wild flowers, a mountain sheep and magnifcent views our reward.
So you can see that the labels for my photos are mixed up and for some reason I can't edit them correctly - oh well maybe tomorrow.

Wow - those slabs up the side of the mountain to the ridge are awesome. Is there climbing on them? We have a peak in the Western Cape that has slabs like that for hundreds of metres. Get me to Scotland so I can go climbing
