The season’s rhythms summer, fall, winter, and spring provide inspiration for self-reflection, to celebrate personal insights, enhance our creativity, claim our unique wisdom and unlock our muse. This will enrich our lives, nourish and develop our courage as writers.

Successful conflict resolvers are not born; they are trained. Build your skills as an effective conflict resolver and mediator. Learn to recognize conflict patterns and what triggers and escalates conflict in others, master strategies that reduce conflict escalation, assert yourself confidently and give constructive feedback. Wet day in Canmore


This is a photo of my 60th birthday in Feb - strange what I find to do on a rainy day.

There is a veil of rain sweeping arcoss my mountain view. I was supposed to be hiking up a mountain. A day of solid rain is unusual in these parts but keeps me indoors. I have been working on my poetry manuscript. I now have 76 pages of my poems almost ready to self publish. It has been an interesting journey. Last week when I first showed them to some women friends I felt vulnerable. However everyone who has seen them has been super encouraging. This is a new venture for me into the world of self publishing. An exciting new adventure for sure.
