The season’s rhythms summer, fall, winter, and spring provide inspiration for self-reflection, to celebrate personal insights, enhance our creativity, claim our unique wisdom and unlock our muse. This will enrich our lives, nourish and develop our courage as writers.

You can't change conflict and opposing points of view in the workplace. You can, however, change the way you react. Become more emotionally aware, harness your emotions and express them positively with control, confidence and composure.

Successful conflict resolvers are not born; they are trained. Build your skills as an effective conflict resolver and mediator. Learn to recognize conflict patterns and what triggers and escalates conflict in others, master strategies that reduce conflict escalation, assert yourself confidently and give constructive feedback. Vancover 2010

This car got a lot of attention in Robson Street.

Even the runners in Stanely Park showed their patriotic fervor.


Clive in his flashy jacket from Petro-Canada family and friends program Texting. That's how we kept in touch with Chris, Shona and Andrew through out the games.

People were asking are these the summer games or the winter games?

Sea Anemones snapped on a visit to the aquarium. Last time we were there was when Shona was 9 months old. We were visiting Canada from Australia. Who could have predicted we were about to watch her at the Olympics?
This little bull frog caught my eye!

The flame in the distance. Vancover looked stunning.
